Our Flexographic Printing Capabilities
As flexographic printing specialists, we invest in state-of-the-art machines and techniques for flexible film packaging. Here are some of the technical highlights of our printing process:
1. Press Specifications:
We have 2 flexographic presses suitable for high-speed surface as well as reverse printing, supporting 8 colours.
2. Ink room:
Our ink room has the Delta E system for spot colour delivery. The advanced system manages ink systems to make sure the desired colour is produced for every print – whether it’s your brand colour or any specific colour palette.
3. Quality Control :
Our 100% inspection camera analyses materials as they pass through the press and helps our printers eliminate defects in the early stages. Our compliance officer checks every reel against the customer-approved sample before delivery.
4. Finishing Options:
Lamination, matte and gloss effects, seal and barrier properties added post printing.
5. Sustainability & Compliance:
FSC and BRCGS certified recyclable packaging materials, sustainable water-based ink systems. All heating used to dry the inks is from the regenerative thermal oxidiser (RTO), meaning no additional gases are used.
